1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Chatbot handles information when you use aichatbot.beer and its AI conversation, writing, learning, research, and creative tools. By using the service, you acknowledge this policy.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers when you sign in with Google. We also process prompts, uploaded content, usage information, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, cookies, access status, and transaction records.
3. Payments
Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Chatbot. Stripe receives the account email, selected plan, billing period, and transaction information required to provide subscriptions and invoices.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the service, authenticate users, verify subscription access, provide requested features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve performance, communicate service notices, and meet legal obligations.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We may share the minimum information necessary with infrastructure, authentication, AI model, storage, support, and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of eligible personal information. You may also manage cookies through your browser and stop using the service at any time.
8. Children and changes
Chatbot is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy by publishing a revised version on this page.
