Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of aichatbot.beer and the Chatbot service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
3. Plans, billing, and access
Chatbot Premium is offered as a monthly or annual recurring subscription through Stripe. The selected price and billing period are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal, subject to applicable law.
4. Simulated availability
Some model-access and queue experiences on this site may be simulated for demonstration or capacity-management purposes. A displayed queue position is not a promise that a particular model will become available at a particular time.
5. AI output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output provided to others. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. You must have the necessary rights to prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Chatbot to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security or usage limits, misrepresent generated material, interfere with the service, or create harmful or abusive content.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features and may enforce reasonable usage and safety limits. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
8. Liability and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatbot and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements.
